MAVERICK BOOSTER CLUB - 2012

The High Desert Maverick Booster Club hosts a Welcome toTown Dinner in April, at a local establishment. We've had up to150 fans participating at the dinner. At the dinner fans have a chance to meet the manager, coaching staff and players. Players and team staff are also presented with a goodie bag with items from businesses, in our community.

During the season the Booster Club will have potlucks for the players, tailgate parties, road trip to local parks and a possibe bus trip to a not so local ballpark. The general membership meetings are held once a month, beginning in January with the last meeting in September. The club also provides items that the players may need during the season, such as beds, microwaves, pots and pans, TVs, etc. Depending on the trainer, the Booster Club purchases food for the clubhouse, before each game.

The Booster Club also has a booth on the stadium concourse where we sell various donated baseball related items. The sale of these items and our membership fees are used to help support our the club.
