Dear Friends & Family,

In April, 2010, at the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, our daughter Madison Marzano will be celebrating her 10 Years of being Cancer FREE! One of Maddy's goals for this year is to receive and display Celebration cards at the Relay event but she also has another goal which is to raise 10k for 10 Years! Maddy would like to present the American Cancer Society with a thousand dollars for each year that she has remained cancer free. Can you please help her reach that goal?

Maddy is a thoughtful and inspiring young girl who has shared so much hope with others. Supported by her family, Maddy has been very active in the community, as well as at the local hospital and in events that share the HOPEful side of cancer with other patients and their families.

Madison is a collector and cherishes so much of her past. The day she got home from all of her tenth year testing, she sat at our dining room table to read the cards she had received for her Fifth Year Celebration. Maddy would love to have you send her a card to have memories of this 10th Year Celebration and to inspire her as she does for so many others.

Please share this letter with at least ten of your family members and friends, as I would love to see Maddy's card drive a huge success. It would mean the world to our family to see the smile on her face when she is able to present this donation, a part of Maddy's efforts to share HOPE and put smiles on the faces of others. Her booth at the Relay will be lined with all her cards received as she walks in the 24 hour event.
